AAR has built their own precision wind tunnel models for the past two decades. Their extensive model making experience includes models for their current 40% scale wind tunnel (established in 1993) as well as models for their previous smaller scale wind tunnel and their impressive and unique water tunnel.

Their model shop, run by Head Aerodynamicist Hiro Fujimori, has designed and produced over 100 scale models for its wind and water tunnels. Because the models run in the wind tunnel with a rolling road and under high stress loads, the models need the utmost precision and accuracy.

With the experienced gained from building models for their participation in the highest levels of motorsport, AAR has the knowledge, the understanding, and the technical expertise to tackle any new model project.
